See the space before the machines arrive.
A good project starts with machine placement, player circulation and the practical use of the space. This is the heart of our project-solutions approach.
From floor dimensions to a workable layout.
Share your basic space information and the machines you are considering. Our team can discuss a CAD layout showing where equipment may fit, how visitors move and how zones can be organized.
Venue dimensions and circulation
Understand the available floor area and movement between machine zones.
Equipment selection and mix
Balance claw, prize, racing and sports equipment around your audience.
Placement discussion and CAD layout
Use layout drawings to review the proposed arrangement before confirming orders.
A practical service journey, not just a product list.
These phases explain what a buyer can expect to discuss with JoyEngine, from initial planning to equipment delivery and remote support.
Understand the venue. Choose the game mix.
Review project objectives, market, floor area and visitor groups. Discuss which machine categories belong in the project and begin the CAD layout process where appropriate.

Confirm equipment. Test before shipment.
After equipment and available customization are agreed, production and in-factory checking take place. We can also coordinate shipment information for the selected machines.
Equipment confirmation · Production · Testing
Get practical guidance after delivery.
Use documentation, videos and remote technical communication to help prepare machines for operation. We can also discuss machine settings, prize strategy and day-to-day use where relevant.
Remote installation guidance · Technical support
Scope note: Standard installation support is provided remotely. On-site engineer installation and guaranteed business returns are not part of the standard service.
Build zones around the way people play.
Rather than repeating the Products catalog, these examples show how machine types can contribute to different areas of a venue. Actual layouts depend on your floor plan and target visitors.

Questions before you start.
Scope and planning requirements are clearer when they are answered before the quotation process.
Do I need to order a complete arcade to get assistance?
No. Buyers purchasing individual or multiple machines can also discuss relevant product selection, customization and support.
What should I send for a CAD discussion?
A basic floor plan or approximate dimensions, city/country, target visitors, budget, machine preferences and planned opening date are useful starting points. Specific CAD deliverables are confirmed with the project team.
Do you provide on-site installation?
Remote installation guidance and technical support are the normal support approach. On-site engineer installation is not part of the standard service described here.
How are equipment shipping and after-sales support arranged?
Shipment arrangements are discussed according to the order and destination. Relevant remote technical communication and after-sales support are coordinated for the selected equipment.
